Elisabeth Costley-White passed away on 16 August 2011.

Lynne Browning of Wells CVC, the prime mover behind the foundation of ACVC, wrote:

“Elisabeth was a founder member of Wells Cathedral Voluntary Choir and secretary for much of its life, taking instead the job of Vice Chairman (business manager) in 2004. She worked tirelessly for the choir, as indeed she did for all the other organisations with which she was involved (in particular the MS Society).”
