The position of Vice-Chairman was held by Elisabeth Costley-White until her death in August 2011. Lynne Browning (Founder of ACVC) wrote:

“Elisabeth was a founder member of Wells Cathedral Voluntary Choir and secretary for much of its life, taking instead the job of Vice Chairman (business manager) in 2004. She worked tirelessly for the choir, as indeed she did for all the other organisations with which she was involved (in particular the MS Society).”
